Car Monitoring Service

With this service, our Tracking Centre will contact the customer within 10 to 30 minutes after his car is removed from its parking lot, anywhere in Singapore or Peninsular Malaysia.

Rates: $6 each activation or $10 each day or $10 overnight.

Useful when car is parked at the following locations:

  • Hotel carpark

  • Airport carpark

  • Shopping mall carpark

  • Restaurant carpark

  • Road sides

Example:

  1. Customer parked his car inside a KL hotel basement carpark and instructed for his car to be monitored from 10pm to 8am the next day.

  1. Car thieves struck at 1am by first disabling his car alarm so that the siren is not activated. The car battery is also cut off.

  1. Car thieves towed the car away. By then, our Tracking Centre will know that the car have moved and will contact the customer within 10 to 30 minutes. Tracking Centre can also contact the hotel security guards or the nearest Police station to intercept the car thieves.

  1. Without this service, customer will only realize that his car have been stolen is when he went to check his car at 8am, i.e. 7 long hours after car thieves towed away his car.

The faster you are aware that your car have been stolen, the better the chance you have of getting your car back. Otherwise, car thieves may have already dismantled your car as spare parts.

Note: Customers who have installed our tracking device on 11th.March,2005 onwards will be able to subscribe to this service. Customers who installed before 11th.March,2005 will need to upgrade their units. Upgrade cost $28 and take around 2 hours.
